Classroom Rules

- Keep your hands to yourself
- Walk quietly in the hallways
- Show respect for one another
-Behavior charts go home daily.
-At the end of the month students who have a "Great Day" colored in or the month will receive an extra ten minutes of recess.
-Students also have the opportunity to earn tickets for good behavior. Every Friday we have a drawing. The winner may choose a prize from the prize box.
-We also have a class marble jar. The class earns marbles for good behavior.
Homework
Homework will generally be given Monday – Thursday. Incomplete homework will be done during the day and may result in loss of recess. Students, who complete their homework assignment on time, receive a check on their homework chart. When their chart is full they receive a No Homework pass. This pass allows them to miss ONE homework assignment. If students miss only one assignment they may choose a prize from the prize box.
Evaluations
Your child will be bringing home a weekly evaluation folder every Monday. This folder will contain class work from the previous week and an evaluation form. Please sign this evaluation form and return it along with the folder (including your child's class work) on Tuesday. Class work will be returned to you after each quarter. There will also be a weekly newsletter posted on the Fairhaven Public School's website.

We are always in need of tissues, disinfecting wipes, sticky notes, and index cards.
