2011/2012 Fairhaven High School Word of the Month Initiative

This program identifies a particular personal value, quality or characteristic such as, honesty, responsibility, respect, etc that students may aspire to.

Faculty and staff members nominate students who have exemplified these characteristics and have met the high standards set forth by the Word of the Month program.

These students are acknowledged by the administrative staff and are awarded a word of the month certificate, pen and a school store gift certificate, donated by the athletic director. Additionally, their names are featured on a word of the month bulletin board and listed on the Fairhaven High School website.
