Here you’ll find helpful information and resources to support your family throughout the school year, from school policies and arrival and dismissal procedures to schedules and other important details.

Student Pick-up & Drop-off Plan

In an effort to facilitate the safest and smoothest transition for our students who are not riding the bus at the beginning and end of the day, we ask that you please adhere to the following:

Drop-Off
  • Students will be allowed into the school beginning at 8:25 a.m. Arrivals before 8:25 are discouraged, as direct supervision is not provided.
  • Early arrival for breakfast is between 8:15–8:40 a.m.
  • Please pull your car all the way up to the end of the drop-off lane so that other cars may pull in behind. This will ensure that cars do not back out onto the street.
  • If you are walking your child in, please park in the parking lot and cross over to the sidewalk by using the crosswalk.
  • Please stay in your car while unloading your children and please avoid letting them out of your car on the driver's side.
  • If students arrive after 8:40 a.m., they are considered tardy and must report to the office with an adult before proceeding to class.
Pick-Up
  • Students who will be picked up at the end of the day must provide a note to their homeroom teacher. This is required for all students. For weekly or yearlong pickup arrangements, a blanket note will suffice if it is not noted on the Transportation Form. Any changes to that form, daily or otherwise, must then be in writing.
  • If you are picking up your child, please park in the parking lot and cross over to the sidewalk by using the crosswalk.
  • Parking near the playground is not allowed until after 2:15 p.m.
  • Afternoon dismissal begins at 2:50 p.m. Parents of Kindergarten students will need to greet their children and sign them out at the side door under the overhang by the circular drive. Parents of students in grades 1–5 can pick up their children at the back door by the cement wall near the big toy play area.


Rotating Specialist Schedule

Classes are divided into four groups. Families are informed of their child’s group at the beginning of each school year or upon enrollment. Find your child’s group below to see their specialist rotation, then use the calendar below to determine which letter day (A, B, C, or D) corresponds to each date.

If school is canceled due to weather, that day will be skipped and the rotation continues on the next school day.
